Don't blink or you could miss why Sarah Palin is ready to be VP

Charlie Gibson asked Sarah Palin tonight whether she questioned her readiness to be VP, and potentially President, and she replied "No I didn't." When Gibson asked if that doesn't take some hubris, Palin responded:

"I answered [McCain] yes because I have the confidence in that readiness and knowing that you can't blink. You have to be wired in a way of being so committed to the mission, the mission that we're on to reform this country, and victory in the war, you can't blink. So I didn't blink then, even, when asked to run as his running mate."

So let's get this straight: Palin is ready to be VP/President because she has confidence in her readiness and didn't blink twice when asked to run? What is she talking about? I'm convinced, how about you?

I'm sure the McCain advisers told her to act tough but that's pure nonsense.

Digg!

Hullloooo, Sarah? Is anyone home? Her deer-in-the-headlights response to Gibson's Bush Doctrine question shows how stupid the McCain camp thinks American women really are. We'll vote for someone so clearly unqualified just for her gender. Think again, McCain. The emperor has no clothes....
