Obama predicted current nastiness of McCain campaign

Back in July, Barack Obama predicted the McCain campaign would stoop to the low-ball tactics they're currently using. When he brought it up during a campaign rally, the McCain campaign incredibly accused him of playing the race card. McCain and his flunkies called Obama on the carpet saying race had no place in this election. It looks like Obama had their number all along - it's just another thing he's been right about:

McCain's disgusting antics are beginning to turn his own supporters against him. Former Michigan Governor William Milliken, who endorsed McCain in the primaries, today told the Grand Rapids Press,

"He is not the McCain I endorsed. He keeps saying, 'Who is Barack Obama?' I would ask the question, 'Who is John McCain?' because his campaign has become rather disappointing to me. I'm disappointed in the tenor and the personal attacks on the part of the McCain campaign, when he ought to be talking about the issues."

It's about time McCain got slapped for his scorched earth campaign tactics.
